Chef Tomeu Martí has found his place in the world. The experience gained during Arume's more than 13 years of experience together with his trips, during which he has discovered numerous gastronomic cultures, have enabled the chef to unite his two essences: the Mediterranean and Asian ones, mixing ingredients, flavours and textures with delicacy and originality, evolving until being able to affirm that his name and his mission is to offer an absolutely free gastronomic experience, with no strings attached.

The Arume restaurant is the place where chef Tomeu Martí expresses himself with total freedom. It is an elegant restaurant located in Palma's city centre, with a big kitchen visible to diners and a long bar surrounding it, from where diners can see the chef and his team working with extreme care on all dishes. It is the opportunity to watch Tomeu Martí while moulding the rice, cutting fish with precision or giving the finishing touches to each one of the dishes that are served.

Arume Tomeu Martí 's menu offers a selection of the chef's classics inspired mainly by Japanese cuisine but always with that characteristic Mediterranean point of view. Prawn and sea urchin rolls in tempura, his famous tuna tartar, Japanese fried rice with spicy and crunchy John dory, negret nigiri with Majorcan truffle, sea bass sashimi Arume style or any of its rolls are just some of the delicate and original proposals. All his dishes are a small work of art where all details are looked after with care, even if that detail goes almost unperceived by the diner in front of whom Tomeu places dishes that are very simple and light from a visual point of view.

As a complement to our gastronomic offer, we offer a wide and sophisticated wine and sake menu.

The Japanese term Omakase refers to the act of "putting oneself in the hands of the chef", trusting in his skill to enjoy the best gastronomic experience, being an act of trust and respect between the chef and the diner.
